Digital Seva and DigiMail - Important instructions for VLE's

1. It is mandatory to complete your re-registration on the Registration Portal, http://register.csc.gov.in/ This would enable us to successfully create your Digital Seva account without any delay and would further give you access to the new portal.
2. Aadhaar E-KYC is mandatory since the new wallet is a full KYC compliant wallet as per the regulatory requirements.
3. Please ensure to perform a valid E-KYC, provide valid PAN and Bank account details while completing your re-registration.
4. Wallet Balance transfer from Old Wallet to New Wallet is only completed for active user accounts. Any reversals or charge backs will be done post reconciliation is completed on the old portal. Transfer will only be done to user accounts who are genuine owner of the OMT data. Wherever there is a mismatch, that will be returned to the bank account of the rightful owner.
5. VLE's are requested to be patient. All your account requests will be completed, if you comply with the necessary requirements for account activation (i.e. – Valid E-KYC with email and mobile, PAN card and bank account number).
6. DigiMail ID and New CSC account will be provided to all the users who have completed their registration successfully with valid information.
7. You are requested to kindly save and store your password safely and securely without sharing it with anyone.
8. Currently, the password reset or forgot password option, is not available on DigiMail. We will keep you posted when this feature would be enabled.
9. Please do not share your User ID, Username, Password and Wallet Pin with anyone.
10. Kindly check your DigiMail account regularly for all the updates.
11. CSC ID is provided free of cost, if any VLE makes any payment for the same to anybody he/she will be doing at his/her own risk.
